1. Beats MUST BE MP3 formats for 60 seconds ONLY (per beat)
2. No physical touching of your opponent during battles (AUTOMATIC
DISQUALIFICATION)
3. NO REFUNDS! Once your slot is financially secure, it eliminates any other
potentiated producers from taking your position, making your position
PERMANENT! (unless uncontrollable or natural circumstances occur with
presentable proof)
4. No verbal abuse, prejudices or discrimination
5. Must show up no later than 1pm (PTBB Staff has to arrange & integrate the
battle rotation)
6. Producers must have their music arranged onto flash drives (MP3 files only)
7. TIE BREAKERS will be settled by the guests judges by a point system
8. Championship Rounds will be 90 seconds
9. Producers MUST let PTBB staff know about any props or themes no later than
48 hours before each scheduled event to get approval

Ticket Delivery methods are:
·E-Tickets (Buyer prints their tickets at home) The easiest, most automated and most popular delivery method is E-Tickets. It allows our buyers to print their tickets right after the purchase or have them on their phone. It is the preferred method for both the buyer and us. It is totally safe since the e-Tickets are secured with barcodes/QR codes and can be validated at the events
·Digital Tickets (Buyer has the ticket on their smartphone) Digital tickets are exactly the same as e-Tickets, but our customers doesn’t necessarily have to print them. If printed, they look exactly like e-Tickets. The user can have them on their smartphone instead of printing them out, and can show the smartphone to the at the gate. The gatekeeper scans the barcode right from the smartphone and admits the buyer.
·Will-Call (Buyer will pick up their up their tickets at the venue or other designated places) Will-Call is the method that the buyer purchases the tickets online and pays for the tickets in full, but will pick it up later at one of our designated locations. There will be handpicked locations in particular cities.
REFUND INFORMATION

Please note that all online ticket sales are non-refundable.
Due to expenses incurred to present events as well as costs associated with processing online ticket transactions, all online ticket sales are final. We are unable to issue refunds on tickets purchased for any reason and the purchase of tickets for our events constitutes your acceptance of the posted no refund policy.
Upon purchasing a ticket to attend any of PTBB events, we will keep you informed of other future events that we organize. We look forward to welcoming you to an upcoming event and appreciate your patronage and support of our events!

No Refunds on Tickets Purchased for Any Reason
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS policy on tickets purchased FOR ANY REASON, including but not limited to weather conditions, health matters/restrictions, changes in travel plans, unanticipated travel or other personal immediate family death reasons.
Acceptable Behavior
We expect anyone who interacts with us or a guest attending an event to be respectful and polite, always. For the wellbeing of our community (and our sanity!), we have a strict zero tolerance policy for anyone who would interact or communicate in a belligerent, disrespectful, or otherwise unreasonable manner. Any such interaction will result in being banned from taking part in club activities. If such interaction occurs during an event, the person responsible for such behavior will be immediately escorted out with no refund. We simply have a policy of refusing to serve anyone who is rude. If there is ever an issue, please discuss it with us politely and we will do everything we can to assist you in a professional manner.
We may refuse to serve anyone for not adhering to terms outline, including our policy that all ticket sales and producer entry fees are nonrefundable.
All terms and conditions apply nationally except in California!
